Black and white portrait of a man with a beard, light eyes, and tattoos on the neck, wearing a beanie and a plaid jacket, sitting in a vehicle with the name Brian Billmaier written at the bottom.

Brian Billmaier is a Colorado native with over 17 years of professional tattooing experience. Known for his strong fundamentals and refined execution, Brian is well-versed in a wide range of tattoo styles, with a true passion for neotraditional design, expressive lady faces, and smooth black and grey realism. His approach to tattooing is rooted in craftsmanship, balance, and longevity — creating work that not only looks powerful on day one, but continues to age beautifully over time. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to complement the body, flow naturally with anatomy, and maintain clarity for years to come.

Beyond tattooing, Brian remains deeply connected to the art form. He builds custom tattoo machines, creates original artwork, and continually draws inspiration through travel and life experiences. This dedication to both the technical and artistic sides of tattooing allows him to bring a deeper level of intention and precision to every project. When not in the studio, Brian is a proud girl dad and someone who believes that passion, discipline, and consistency are what truly elevate the craft.
